1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl3bet platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, and promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jl3bet.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the jl3bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with jl3bet, you must:

jl3bet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Players who provide false information regarding their eligibility may have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited without appeal.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jl3bet platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are a violation of these terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and for updating them promptly if anything changes.

• Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

4Deposits and Payments

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300. jl3bet processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• InstaPay transfers: within 1 to 3 hours.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank): within the same business day, subject to bank processing schedules.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed KYC, you will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.

jl3bet reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with a player's typical activity. These checks are carried out to protect players from unauthorised access and to meet anti-money laundering obligations.

6Bonuses and Promotions

jl3bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

General conditions that apply to all jl3bet bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Only specific game types may count toward wagering requirements. Fishing games, slots, and bingo typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

7Gameplay Rules

In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a wager, jl3bet's resolution procedure is as follows:

8Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one account per individual, household, or IP address.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or errors to generate profits beyond fair gameplay.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods to fund an account.
• Attempting to launder money or conceal the origins of funds through gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl3bet staff or other players via any communication channel.

12Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your payment provider.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

jl3bet's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Account Suspension and Closure

jl3bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time if:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• The player is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel jl3bet to take such action.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, account balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where no fraud is found, any legitimate balance will be returned. Accounts closed for verified misconduct will have balances forfeited in accordance with these terms.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting jl3bet support. Any remaining balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed before closure.

14Dispute Resolution

15Amendments to These Terms
